Living the Spiral

September 20–22, 2019

A Women's Retreat at Aldermarsh on Whidbey Island
Assisted by art therapist Alyssa Griskiewicz

Wherever you are in the spiral of your life, if you still find ways to judge it as “less than perfect,” you are denying yourself permission to be exactly who you are as you are.

The enemy of the ego is unconditional acceptance, a state of no judgment, of unconditional love for all that it is and all that is not.

In this ceremonial retreat we will use ancient practices such as movement, stillness, sweat lodges, breath work, storytelling, silence, oracle journeys and art. Together, in oneness, we will spiral from one moment to the next and create a crucible for embodied intention, healing and transformation.

Visit the Aldermarsh website for more details about getting there.

~Please arrive at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, September 20.
Cosetta will perform an energetic cleansing on each participant and you will have time to settle into your accommodations

~Cosetta will lead a prayer circle and grounding yoga practice. It is important that each participant be present for the opening of this intimate retreat.

~The schedule is guided by Spirit, but each day will include meditation, yoga practice, delicious meals, time in nature and circle sharing.

~After morning sessions and lunch on Sunday, September 22, we will prepare for departure and return to our homes. This should be around 2 p.m.
