I will assist you to identify your own personal resources and capabilities which are often times lost and buried in stress, confusion, anxiety, addictions, or any other form of fear. My alchemy involves breath work, hands on healing, clearing/extraction work, return of soul’s parts, yoga asanas with props, visualizations, shamanic journey.
