We will heal, restore and strengthen our connections with the natural world, ourselves and others. With the intention of creating space and opening to Authentic Presence, we will explore:

Yoga, meditation, a new moon sweat lodge, shamanic healing, yoga trance dance, circle sharing, silence, writing, pilgrimages to the ruins sites and any other adventure your heart desires.

The Shambala Petit Hotel fronts the caribbean Sea on unspoiled Maya ground eight miles south of Tulum and 80 miles south of Cancun, Nine cabanas and a palapa yoga studio will be our home base for the week.

A Spring Retreat for Ten Women

Those of us who listen to the earth and the sky, recognize and celebrate the Goodness of life. This weekend retreat will be an opportunity to experience our cocoons, break through them and be reborn to the Spring Light.

This intimate gathering in the forest on Whidbey Island includes:

After February 10, cost is $550.
A $200 non-refundable deposit saves your spot.

9:30–11:00 am    Yoga Asana practice

12:30–1:30 pm    Lunch

1:30– 4:30 pm     Open Space for healing arts: writing, painting, collage, hiking, reading, resting

4:30–5:30 pm      Talk and meditation

5:30–6:30 pm      Sauna

6:30–7:30 pm      Dinner

8:00–9:00 pm      Healing Session
